Digital signage software allows you to remotely manage digital signage screens in a central location, allowing you to build and control a network of digital signage screens in one place.

Can I have vertically oriented displays?
Where is my content saved?
Does the software work on L.E.D Screens?
Can the screens run without internet connection?
You'll need internet connection to upload content onto your media player. As soon as your content is uploaded to the device (you can test this by viewing the content on your TV), you can run the screens without connection to the internet. You will however need internet connection again should you wish to update the content on the screens.
Is there a limit to the amount of files I can upload?
You can upload as many media assets as you wish, the sky is the limit.
Is there a limit to the size of files I can upload?
For fair usage there is a limit of 30mb for file sizes, compressing and optimising the files sizes will run better and smoother on your devices.

For images we recommend up to 4mb. For videos we recommend up to 25mb.

You can upgrade your account to enable the file size limit to 600mb, if you need. If you file sizes are bigger, which tend to be for videos, we recommend trimming your videos into separate files.
What file formats are best to upload?
For images we recommend .JPG, .PNG files. For video we recommend .MP4 files
What's the best media player to use for digital signage?
We recommend using Amazon FireStick TV, Firestick 4K or Fire TV lite for our digital signage screens. Amazon Firesticks are the most cost effective digital signage players on the market, and are easily accessible to buy.
What happens if I lose internet connection, or the screens get restarted?
Your content is automatically cached onto the media player, and will run as soon as you start up your screen again.
Why is content cached onto my media player?
Because we realise internet connection is never reliable, so cached content works as a back up.
Why can't I check active status on the web player?
The web player does not support active status and screen monitoring. The web player is best for testing, and we do not advise using the web player in a live environment. Although you can use the web player in a live environment, we advise using the Android app or Firestick app, in order to use PosterBooking to its full potential.

Can I manage screens in different locations from one place?
This is essentially what our digital signage platform allows you to do. You can add screens, manage content, create playlists and schedule screens from anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to the internet.
Is it easy to upload content?
Can I schedule content to play at different times of the day or week?

Do you have a free trial?
You get your first ten screens for free, there is no need for a trial.
Is it really free?
Yes, your first ten screen are absolutely free. We won't even ask for card details when you sign up. Once you reach your threshold of free screens, you will be charged £2 per month for each additional screen
